There are three products for you to choose from: TimberSafe, Timbersure® & TimberSafe for Baiting.

Each is designed to provide you with protection and peace of mind against the devastation of termites. CSIRO statistics reveal termites attack one in every five Australian homes. An even more disturbing fact is that your Home Insurance Policy will NOT cover you against termite damage.

All you need to do is have an Accredited Pest Management firm conduct a termite inspection of your premises. Then, depending upon what they find, you may qualify for one of the three warranties.

TimberSafe -
offered where no termites, or evidence of termite damage, is detected at the time of inspection. Should termites enter the premises during the next twelve months, or termite damage be discovered during this period, your Pacific International TimberSafe Warranty will cover the cost of repairs and remedial treatment. The warranty may be renewed annually.

Timbersure® -
available where termite damage, or active termites, are detected and a chemical treatment is required. The warranty is subject to you implementing the modifications recommended by your termite inspector. The warranty may be renewed annually after a further inspection.

TimberSafe for Baiting -
offered when a Termite Monitoring & Baiting Program is implemented. These programs are designed to concentrate termite feeding and then eliminate the termite colony, whilst minimising the use of chemicals. Once the colony is eliminated, you will be issued your Pacific International TimberSafe Timber Replacement Warranty.
